Seamless pure calcium cored wire description :

The cored wires are widely used for calcium treatment and microalloying in the ladle metallurgy, which have the advantages of element precise control and easy use.Calcium is used to transform alumina into low melting point calcium-aluminates, avoiding nozzle clogging as well as to control the shape of oxide and sulfide inclusions.

         Metallurgical Cored Wires are supplied with steel frame support / wooden pallet with moisture proof film wrapped around it to protect it from atmospheric attack. However, it is advised to store cored wire in dry area.
